I bought some baby food pots
I bought some baby food containers, they were sent to me but, because of the carrier, they arrived after almost 2 weeks, broken, squashed and in a bad state.
I sent Cocooncenter 4 photos to get my money back and then threw it all away: it stank.
Now Cocooncenter refuses to refund my money because they say they should have photographed the packages one by one

I have a really bad experience with this company. I have placed an order on 15.05.2022 and I suppose to contact them on 01.06.2022 and asked them where is my order. They replayed to me that the delivery company have an issue to find the address. I explained to them that I am living in an area that is very easy to find and simple to access and there is no problem to find or reach the address. As I was so disappointed I have asked them for a refund. On 08.06.2022 I supposed to write then again as I have no received my money back. And on 09.06.2022 I am receiving an email that I should wait 10 days for a refund, seriously? I wold not recommend this website to anyone.
Hope more people will see this and they will not do my mistake. Before purchasing I should’ve checked a review about this company.

I'm a Cocooncenter customer since 2014 and I never had problems ordering from them. They got a large variety of products (from the French market as well) at a reasonable price so when I need something I just log in and place an order. And I really appreciate the fact I can pay in Euros. I definitely recommend it.

I am really suprised there is a lot of 1star!I ordered a couple of times from this website and always a good experience!mostly order bioderma product as my little boy has eczema and their prices are great!!!

Everything went well with my order, it came at the time that was announced, with all the items I ordered and no problems. I received polite information on the phone about customs fees(there were none!) as the products I wanted came from France. I am very satisfied with the service and will order again.
I was unsure whether to order after reading all the negative reviews on Trustpilot, but since everything went well I can recommend the website, especially for foreign cosmetics at competitive prices.

Comment Removal Is Impossible - Customer Service Is Poor
During shipment everything was fine but after I received the goods, I put comments for 3 products separately on the website. After a while I need to change my nick there or remove my comments.
First, customer service told me that they cannot do that as "Trustpilot is responsible" for comments. I contacted Trustpilot. They have checked and there is nothing related with Trustpilot.
I emailed back to Cocooncenter.co.uk customer service and they said again they cannot...
I checked their website and see that an email adres is given as responsible for removal of comments. I emailed with no reply back.
Then, customer service said the same memorized thing repeatedly although I asked her to redirect me IT department or the responsibile one. But I got the same memorized reply.
"As previously indicated, we are not able to act on the comments that are left on our website, we are sorry. "
Unfortunately I have pain here that even an easy removal of comment is not possible within this website.
I cannot think about any other problem faced...
Competitive prices, order delivered promptly
16 Oct 21 ordered £180+ French beauty products as Xmas gifts online because Cocooncenter had wide range of products at good prices. Then read poor reviews and was a little worried, but received all safely 23 Oct 21, so would happily order again. Thank you.
Excellent Experience - Faultless Ordering & Delivery
I must confess that I was wary when placing an order after reading some of the previous reviews.
However, I'm pleased to say than my initial scepticism / cynicism was misplaced.
I have nothing but praise for this company.
I placed my order, on line, at midday Monday 24th May.
Hermes delivered today, Wednesday 02nd June .. (unfortunately, I missed the scheduled delivery for Tuesday 01st June .. as I was out on an unexpected matter).
Hermes comunicated promptly via e-mail to inform me of missed delivery slot .. the next re-planned delivery time and date.
Excellent communications .. delivered as promised
No problems and Highly Recommended !

Since my last experience i can assure that they deserve this POOR rating , I made and paid for my order and after facing an issue I sent them an email but there was no response for over a week .

Never never order from this store
Never never order from this store. They have horrible customer service. I placed an order in December and it hasn’t been delivered. And they tell me that it has been delivered. And now they are refusing the refund. This is a HORRIBLE STORE. I have never come across such store ever specially online.

Not even worth 1 star. My order placed over a month ago and due to be delivered 2 weeks ago at the latest has never arrived. My requests for refund are denied while they are 'investigating the matter with postal service', which may take another 6-8 weeks! Never again.

I am surprised to see so many bad reviews. I'm ordering from them a lot. Quality products, very good packaging, only once experienced delay but dealt with it easily. Certainly will order more.
